Over the years there have been the typical office/cube pranks. Some of us might remember the old tricks where you take a reel of computer tape, break off one side, and put the reel up on the ceiling so that the tape unwinds into a huge mess. More recent ones are packing peanuts, cardboard, aluminum, and now.. well, the ultimate. I’m impressed with what it must have cost:

Way beyond anything in my experience.
One fellow, who was supposed to get a conference table as a perq of his new grade, got tired of waiting for one and built one out of cardboard boxes. Management, finally embarrassed, made the real table happen.
But this was excellent.
