I’ve heard of situations so tight you “couldn’t fit a flax seed in there” but this is interesting. I’m taking fish oil now, and it’s a coated pill that doesn’t have the burping side effects. Hope I don’t need it for the reasons in the article, but it can’t hurt; my primary care MD suggested it for HDL/LDL cholesterol management.
